History
Founded in September 2003 by a talented and proven team of semiconductor designers, MagnaLynx draws on expertise developed over many years in the semiconductor field. The founders were formerly with the Communications Technology Division of Xilinx Inc., which was formed as a result of the Xilinx acquisition of Minneapolis-based RocketChips Inc. in November 2000.

The MagnaLynx team has more than 100 years of combined experience in management and development of advanced mixed-signal semiconductor products.
